Elfmann Global Personal Data Protection Policy

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as the Data Controller, your personal data will be processed by our company for business purposes, as explained below, by being used, recorded, stored, updated, transferred, and/or classified. Within this framework, our company takes all technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate security level to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unlawful access to it, and ensure its preservation, in accordance with the Law and Regulations designed to protect personal data and the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially privacy.

This text is addressed to all real persons whose personal data is processed by our company, except for our employees and candidates who have applied for a job with our company.

As the Data Controller, the personal data processed, not limited to those mentioned below, includes: Name, surname, T.C. identity number, address, phone number, email address, signature, physical location/security footage, call center/service quality voice recordings, bank account number, cookie records.

Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

The personal data shared by you will be processed for the following purposes:

  • To allow you and/or the institution or organization you represent to benefit from the products and services provided by our company, determining and implementing our company’s commercial and business strategies, conducting marketing activities, performing business development and planning activities, including but not limited to these activities.
  • To manage the administrative operations related to the communication carried out by our company.
  • To ensure the physical security and control of the locations used by our company.
  • To establish relationships with business partners/customers/suppliers (their authorized representatives or employees).
  • To ensure the fulfillment of contractual requirements and financial reconciliation with our business partners, suppliers, or other third parties involved in the products and services provided.
  • To manage our company's human resources policies.
  • For participation in our company's call center or website usage, and/or participation in training, seminars, or events organized by our company.

Methods of Collecting and Storing Personal Data

The personal data you share with us will be collected in verbal, written, or electronic form through offices, branches, call centers, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar means, either automatically or non-automatically. Your personal data will be stored in electronic and/or physical environments. Necessary business process designs and technical security infrastructure will be applied to prevent unauthorized access, manipulation, loss, or damage to your personal data stored in these environments. Your personal data will be processed and stored for the duration of the legal retention period or, if such a period is not foreseen, for the time necessary for the purpose of processing, with all necessary information security measures taken. Once this period ends, your personal data will be removed from our data flow by deletion, destruction, or anonymization.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data, within the scope of the Law and other relevant legislation and for the stated purposes, may be transferred to:

  • Elfmann Global Company,
  • Our authorized companies or representatives operating on behalf of our company,
  • Regulatory and supervisory authorities, public institutions, or organizations authorized to request your personal data under the relevant laws,
  • Business partners, suppliers, contractor companies, banks, credit risk and financial institutions, and other real or legal persons involved in the relevant purposes,
  • Tax and similar consultants, mandatory persons, institutions, and organizations involved in legal follow-up processes, and third parties providing consultancy services, including auditors, both domestically and internationally, for the purposes stated above.

Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

By applying to our company, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • If processed, request information,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used for its intended purpose,
  • Learn about third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or internationally,
  • Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrect,
  • Request deletion or destruction in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • Request notification to third parties about corrections, deletions, or destructions made,
  • Object to results arising from automated systems processing your data exclusively, which may negatively affect you,
  • Request compensation if you incur damages due to the unlawful processing of your data.

In accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you can submit your request to exercise your above rights, in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

To exercise your rights above, you can deliver your request in person with the necessary identifying information, send it through a notary or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority, or securely send it to info@elfmannglobal.com with an electronic signature.
